Trips, vehicles, places, rates and tax rules stay on this phone, with no account. They leave it only when you share or back them up.

Backup and restore

In the settings, My data: Back up my trips writes one file to keep off the phone, with your rates and settings; Restore a backup brings it back; Erase all my data deletes everything.

Exports

The PDF report and the CSV of the Claim tab, and the GPX of a single trip from its detail.
